Job Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated HR Recruiter for a full-time, mid-level position based in Bangalore. The ideal candidate will have 4 to 6 years of experience in recruitment. The HR Recruiter will play a crucial role in identifying, sourcing, and hiring top talent to meet the company's staffing needs and support our continued growth.
Qualifications and Skills
- Must have experience with statistical analysis, a mandatory skill for evaluating and improving recruitment processes.
- Proficiency in machine learning to leverage data and enhance candidate selection processes.
- Strong skills in Python programming for developing recruitment software solutions and automations.
- Effective data visualization abilities to present recruitment data trends and outcomes.
- Experience with predictive modeling to forecast hiring needs and trends.
- Working knowledge of big data technologies for managing large volumes of recruitment data.
- Proficiency in SQL for querying and managing recruitment databases.
- Expertise in data mining techniques to uncover insights from candidate data.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic initiatives for recruiting diverse talent in a multi-site organization.
- Manage full-cycle recruiting process to meet the various staffing goals across all levels within multiple business units.
- Work with hiring managers and interview teams to ensure job requirements and expectations are clearly understood and candidates are assessed against appropriate criteria.
- Source passive candidates through networking, complex internet searches, and research.
- Generate and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for future opportunities.
- Create and implement employment marketing strategies to attract passive job seekers.
- Recommend ideas and strategies related to recruitment that will contribute to the long-range growth of the company.
- Participate in employment events, such as career fairs and others, to promote opportunities with Sturlite Eclectic Pvt Ltd.
