Job Overview

We are seeking a Junior Account Executive to join our team on a full-time basis near Satellite Town - Mysore Road, Bangalore. This role requires a keen eye for detail and proficiency in managing financial transactions. As an Account Executive at Sturlite Electric Pvt Ltd, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining the financial integrity of the organization.

Major Accountabilities:

• Prepare and issue sales invoices to customers, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
• Generate and manage E-way Bills as per the requirements, ensuring compliance with GST regulations.
• Process and record debit notes and credit notes, ensuring proper documentation and approval.
• Create and manage delivery challans, coordinating with the logistics team for smooth operations.
• Handle and reconcile petty cash transactions, maintaining accurate records and adhering to company policies.
• Monitor and record any discounts allowed to customers, ensuring they are correctly reflected in financial statements.
• Verify and process Goods Receipt Notes, ensuring accurate recording of received goods and coordination with the purchasing and inventory teams.
• A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Proficiency in Tally and Microsoft Office Suite.
