Job Overview
We are seeking a Junior Account Executive to join our team in Coimbatore. This is a full-time position requiring a minimum of 1 to 3 years of relevant work experience. The Account Executive will play a critical role in managing customer relationships and supporting financial operations, including account payables and receivables, reconciliation, and payment entries.
Qualifications and Skills
- Proven experience in sales, demonstrating the ability to achieve targets and foster customer loyalty.
- Strong customer relationship management skills to maintain and grow a satisfied client base.
- Proficiency in handling account payables and receivables, ensuring timely and accurate financial transactions.
- Experience in managing petty cash efficiently, maintaining transparency and accountability.
- Ability to prepare sales orders (SO) and purchase orders (PO) with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Competence in performing financial reconciliation to ensure all accounts are balanced and errors are identified quickly.
- Skilled in making accurate payment entries to track expenditure and prepare financial reports.
- Strong communication skills to coordinate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction.
- Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing, adhering to company standards and procedures.
- Handle account payables and receivables, ensuring all transactions are processed seamlessly and professionally.
- Conduct regular reconciliation of financial accounts to maintain accuracy and completeness of records.
- Prepare and process sales orders and purchase orders, liaising with relevant teams for stock availability and delivery schedules.
- Manage petty cash transactions and maintain accurate records of all expenditures.
- Coordinate with the finance department for timely and accurate payment entries and financial reporting.
- Assist in identifying and resolving any discrepancies or issues within accounts and transactions.
