Job Overview

We are seeking a motivated Junior Account Executive to join our team in Bangalore Urban. This full-time position requires an individual with 1 to 3 years of work experience. You will be tasked with managing accounts and ensuring customer satisfaction. An ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills and a keen attention to detail while working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Qualifications and Skills

• Proven sales experience with the ability to effectively meet and exceed sales targets in a manufacturing setting.
• Exceptional communication skills to establish strong relationships with clients and team members.
• Excellent time management skills to efficiently handle workload and deadlines.
• Understanding of statutory returns and compliances within the manufacturing industry.
• Proficiency in financial software such as Tally or SAP to manage financial transactions.
• Ability to generate and analyze MIS reports to aid in business decision-making processes.
• Experience in bank reconciliation statements (BRS) to ensure financial accuracy.
• Strong knowledge of accounts payable and receivable processes to maintain financial stability.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain relationships with key clients to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
• Oversee the sales process from start to finish, ensuring client needs are met efficiently.
• Prepare accurate financial reports, including MIS, to provide insights into business operations.
• Coordinate with different departments to ensure smooth financial transactions and reporting.
• Ensure compliance with all statutory and regulatory requirements in financial reporting.
• Reconcile financial discrepancies by collecting and analyzing account information.
• Assist in the processing of balance sheets, income statements, and other financial statements.
• Support team members in areas such as sales strategy development and customer service excellence.
