We are looking for a talented and motivated Mid-Level Architect to join our team in Noida. The role involves contributing to various projects, from initial design through to completion, ensuring high standards and client satisfaction. Qualifications and Skills

• Up to 3 years of work experience in architecture or a related field.
• Strong communication skills to effectively liaise with clients, team members, and stakeholders.
• Excellent attention to detail to ensure accuracy in all stages of project development.
• High level of creativity to bring innovative design solutions.
• Leadership skills to guide and coordinate project teams.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD for detailed architectural drawings.
• Experience with SketchUp for 3D modeling and rendering.
• Proficient in Adobe Photoshop for presentations and renderings.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team and independently as needed.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Develop design concepts in collaboration with the project team from initial stages to final presentation.
• Produce detailed architectural drawings and specifications using AutoCAD.
• Create 3D models and renderings in SketchUp for client presentations.
• Prepare visual presentations and renderings using Adobe Photoshop.
• Oversee construction documentation and ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
• Coordinate with contractors, engineers, and other consultants to ensure project alignment.
• Review and approve materials, shop drawings, and samples for compliance with design intent.
• Meet with clients to discuss project objectives, needs, and budget constraints.
