The Opportunity

• We're seeking a talented and experienced Senior Graphic Designer to join our creative team and lead the execution of visually stunning design solutions.
• This role involves shaping brand identities, crafting impactful marketing campaigns, and translating complex ideas into visually compelling designs.

Key Responsibilities

• Conceptualization & Design: Develop original design concepts, execute projects from ideation through production across a variety of mediums (print, web, etc.).
• Client Collaboration: Work with clients to understand their vision, present ideas, and expertly incorporate feedback into designs.
• Team Leadership: Mentor and guide junior designers, providing feedback and ensuring the quality of deliverables.
• Brand Consistency: Uphold brand standards across all projects and contribute to the development of style guides.
• Staying Current: Keep up-to-date with the latest design trends, techniques, and industry software.

What We're Looking For

• Experience: 3-5+ years of proven graphic design experience in a creative agency or similar setting.
• Mastery of Design Principles: Exceptional understanding of typography, color theory, layout, and visual hierarchy.
• Strong Portfolio: Demonstrates conceptual thinking, versatility across styles, and a keen eye for detail.
• Software Proficiency: Expert in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
• Collaboration & Communication: Team player with the ability to present concepts and articulate design decisions effectively.
