Job Overview

We are seeking a highly talented and experienced Creative Art Director to lead our creative team. As a Creative Art Director, you will be responsible for designing and implementing innovative visual designs that inspire and captivate our audience. This is a senior-level position requiring a minimum of 7 to 10 years of experience in a similar role. The job location is Bangalore, Karnataka, India, and the employment type is Full-Time.

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field
• Proven experience as a Creative Art Director or a similar role
• Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in graphic design and art direction
• Proficient in industry-standard design software such as Adobe Creative Suite
• Excellent leadership and team management skills
• Ability to effectively communicate design concepts and present ideas
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously
• Knowledge of current design trends and techniques
• Experience in the business industry is a plus

Roles and Responsibilities

• Develop and implement creative concepts for various marketing campaigns, including print, digital, and social media
• Lead and manage a team of graphic designers and artists to ensure high-quality and timely delivery of creative assets
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and develop design strategies that align with business goals
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to drive continuous improvement and innovation
• Present and communicate design concepts to stakeholders and clients, and gather feedback for revisions
• Manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines
• Ensure compliance with brand guidelines and standards across all design deliverables
