Job Title: Technical Illustrator – Rail Transportation

Experience Required: 3 to 5 years of experience

Location: Bangalore

Responsibilities:

Client is into Mechanical Design and engineering (MD& E) business helps global transportation leaders in end-to-end product design & development – across Rolling Stock , Automotive & other transportation business segments.

We are looking for bright and passionate Technical Illustrators with below credentials :

·       Experience in Technical publication projects with -  technical writing & authoring skills

·       Experience in authoring rail maintenance & operator manuals, troubleshooting manuals and related procedural documents

·       In depth understanding on cleaning, inspection, repair, disassembly, assembly of Rail products is preffered

·       Strong Knowledge in Illustration tools & visual media such as Adobe Illustrator

·       Engineering/Manufacturing/ product documentation experience

·       Experience in XML Authoring / Exposure to Content Management Systems

·       Good oral & written Communication - Strong knowledge in English & simplified technical english (STE)

·       Good team player

Preferred Skills :  

·       Illustrations Creation / Modification

·       Maintenance procedure creation/modification

·       Content management updates

·       Arbortext editor

·       CATIA / DMA

·       Windchill, PDM

·       ILS – eCatelog
