Strive business solution is looking for a dedicated Senior Repayment Support Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong focus on customer service and experience in collections, though freshers with the right skills and attitude are also welcome to apply. You will be responsible for managing repayment processes, assisting clients with payment-related inquiries, and ensuring timely collections.

Key Responsibilities:

  •  Customer Interaction: Engage with customers over phone calls to remind them of upcoming repayments and assist with any payment-related queries.
  •  Collections: Execute collection strategies to recover outstanding payments while maintaining a positive customer relationship.
  •  Payment Tracking: Monitor and track payment statuses, ensuring timely follow-up on overdue accounts.
  •  Problem Solving: Address and resolve any payment disputes or discrepancies in a professional and timely manner.
  •  Documentation: Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions, payment statuses, and any action taken in the CRM system.
  •  Reporting: Prepare and submit regular reports on repayment statuses, collection efficiency, and any challenges faced.
  •  Compliance: Ensure all collection practices are in line with company policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Qualifications:
  •  Experience: Open to freshers and experienced candidates; experience in collections is a plus.
  •  Communication Skills: Strong verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage and negotiate with customers effectively.
  •  Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to handle challenging situations calmly and efficiently.
  •  Tech-Savvy: Basic knowledge of computer systems and experience with CRM software is preferred.


 


  •  Organizational Skills: Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously.
  •  Adaptability: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
