Responsibilities:
- Design and develop high-quality, scalable, and maintainable web applications using the MERN (MongoDB, Express.js, React, and Node.js) stack.
- Collaborate with the team to identify, design, and implement new features and enhancements.
- Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code that follows best practices and industry standards.
- Troubleshoot and debug issues in the application and provide timely resolutions.
- Optimize application performance and scalability.
- Work with project managers and stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Mentor and coach junior developers in the team.
Requirements:
- B.Tech in Computer Science or related field.
- At least 2-3 years of experience in MERN stack development.
- Proven experience in designing and developing complex web applications.
- Strong proficiency in MongoDB, Express.js, React, and Node.js.
- Experience in working with AWS or other cloud platforms.
- Knowledge of front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Understanding of software development methodologies, design patterns, and best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
