Responsibilities:


  • Design and develop high-quality, scalable, and maintainable web applications using the MERN (MongoDB, Express.js, React, and Node.js) stack.
  • Collaborate with the team to identify, design, and implement new features and enhancements.
  • Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code that follows best practices and industry standards.
  • Troubleshoot and debug issues in the application and provide timely resolutions.
  • Optimize application performance and scalability.
  • Work with project managers and stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
  • Mentor and coach junior developers in the team.

Requirements:


  • B.Tech in Computer Science or related field.
  • At least 2-3 years of experience in MERN stack development.
  • Proven experience in designing and developing complex web applications.
  • Strong proficiency in MongoDB, Express.js, React, and Node.js.
  • Experience in working with AWS or other cloud platforms.
  • Knowledge of front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
  • Understanding of software development methodologies, design patterns, and best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
