Strategi Automation Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Engineer- Purchase to join our team. This role will be responsible for managing the procurement process, ensuring timely delivery of goods and services, and maintaining strong relationships with suppliers.

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
• Junior: 1 to 3 years of experience in procurement or supply chain management.
• Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficient in MS Office applications and ERP systems.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end procurement process, including sourcing, selecting suppliers, negotiating contracts, and placing purchase orders.
• Ensure timely delivery of goods and services, coordinating with suppliers, logistics team, and internal stakeholders.
• Maintain strong relationships with suppliers, evaluating their performance and addressing any issues or concerns.
• Conduct market research to identify potential suppliers and stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as engineering and production, to understand project requirements and ensure relevant procurement activities are carried out.
• Monitor inventory levels and optimize stock management to minimize costs while meeting production demands.
• Review and analyze purchase requisitions, verifying specifications, and obtaining necessary approvals.
• Prepare and maintain procurement documentation, such as purchase orders, contracts, and supplier records.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and applicable regulations.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement initiatives to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
• Stay updated with market trends, new technologies, and industry developments related to procurement and supply chain management.
