Position Summary: We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee and manage projects in the loyalty engine domain. As a Loyalty Engine Project Manager, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and delivering projects related to loyalty program implementations, enhancements, and system integrations. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including software engineers, business analysts, quality assurance specialists, and stakeholders, to ensure successful project outcomes. Responsibilities: Project Planning: Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders. Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation. Identify project risks, dependencies, and mitigation strategies. Set project objectives and success criteria. Project Execution and Monitoring: Coordinate project activities, tasks, and timelines to ensure timely delivery. Manage project resources, including team members, vendors, and external stakeholders. Monitor project progress, identify and resolve issues, and address scope changes. Conduct regular project status meetings, provide updates, and ensure effective communication across all project stakeholders. Implement project management methodologies and best practices to drive efficiency and quality. Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into project deliverables. Build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Conduct regular meetings and provide project updates to stakeholders. Manage expectations and ensure stakeholder satisfaction. Quality Assurance and Risk Management: Develop and implement quality assurance processes to ensure project deliverables meet the required standards. Identify and manage project risks, develop risk mitigation strategies, and escalate issues when necessary. Perform regular project assessments and evaluations to identify areas for improvement. Team Leadership: Provide leadership, guidance, and support to project team members. Foster a collaborative and productive team environment. Set clear expectations, assign tasks, and monitor individual and team performance. Promote professional development and growth opportunities for team members. Qualifications and Skills: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field. A relevant master’s degree is a plus. Proven experience as a Project Manager, preferably in the loyalty engine domain or a related field. Strong knowledge of loyalty program concepts, processes, and best practices. Experience managing software development projects and working with cross-functional teams. Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities. Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively. Attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality results. PMP certification or other relevant project management certifications are desirable
