Operation Manager JD Event Operations Experience: 5+ yrs • Planning & Managing all Production & Operation requirements • Should have fabrication and AV knowledge • Ensure flawless event management and event execution for all projects. • Build and Manage vendor relationship PAN India. • Front end clients, execute events . • Should be able to create an estimate excel pre event and closure sheet post event. • Should be prompt in responding to all servicing enquiries • Oversee end to end Event operations , from the brief to post event summary • Work in Sync with Client Servicing & Business teams . • Centralization of briefs and delegation of jobs and responsibilities. Must HAVE knowledge of • Sounds/Light/AV/Console Management/Virtual event / hybrid event • Knowledge of New Technologies, artist, venue and vendors. Vendor Management • Create an effective and viable preferred vendor list . • Vendor Finalization for each event( based on the size of the event). • Managing vendor relationship
