1. HR Policy and Processes: Review, implement and anchor policies and processes.
2. Recruitment: Responsible for entire recruitment process
3. Performance Management: Coordinating entire performance management cycle, managing the increment cycle.
4. Training and Development: Responsible for developing and coordinating all employee training and development related activities.
5. Induction: Responsible for the on boarding process of a recruited person
6. Exit Process management: Responsible for exit process for all employees who decide to leave the organsation.
7. Compensation management: Manage the compensation payment cycle.

9. Data analysis: Analyze and use the data collected on performance, exit etc to Improve processes on an ongoing basis.
