We are seeking a highly motivated Senior Accounts Executive to join our team at NSSJ & Company. Qualifications and Skills
- Proficiency in financial reporting, ensuring the accuracy and reliability of financial statements and documentation.
- Strong budgeting abilities, enabling the formulation of financial plans and monitoring financial performance against budgets.
- Expertise in account reconciliation to ensure all financial records are accurate, complete, and meet regulatory standards.
- In-depth knowledge of tax preparation, including the ability to prepare, review, and submit tax returns and related documentation.
- Experience in audit compliance, ensuring the company adheres to financial regulations and audit requirements.
- Advanced skills in financial analysis to interpret data, forecast trends, and provide actionable insights for decision-making.
- Cash flow management proficiency for maintaining optimal liquidity and identifying areas for improvement.
- Experience with ERP systems to streamline processes and improve the efficiency of financial operations and reporting.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Lead the preparation of financial reports, including monthly, quarterly, and annual accounts, adhering to industry standards.
- Conduct comprehensive analyses of financial statements, presenting findings and recommendations to management.
- Oversee budget preparation and monitor financial performance, identifying variances and recommending corrective actions.
- Ensure all account reconciliations are performed accurately and in a timely manner, resolving any discrepancies promptly.
- Manage the preparation and filing of tax documents, ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
- Coordinate internal and external audits, supporting the audit process and addressing any audit queries efficiently.
- Implement and maintain effective cash management strategies to optimize cash flow and liquidity for the company.
- Leverage ERP systems to enhance the accuracy and efficiency of financial data processing and reporting.
