About the Role & Responsibilities

Description of Role

· Experience of managing a team size of 2-3 people.

· Achieve monthly sales performance objectives through effective sales presentations to customers and thorough product knowledge (including knowledge of competitive products)

· Identify, Cover & Convert core customers to prescribing Company's Product

· Monitor the stock levels with the Chemists & stockiest.

· Maintain and consistently adhere to territory sales plans to maximize sales performance

· Maintain consistent, routine communication with colleagues (phone, email, written) to consistently improve territory and sales performance

· Maintain consistent adherence to high standards of professionalism and performance

· Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly and yearly sales goals

· Excellent work ethic and customer focused orientation

· Demonstrated selling skills, organization, focus and determination

· Preferably working with MNC in cosmetic dermatology

· Competency in KOL Management

· Willingness to travel for at least 10 days in a month
