  1. Job Description(Roles & Responsibilities):
  2. Responsible for Implementation/Execution of the Project(manufacturing facility).
  3. Installation & Commissioning of all Machineries, Equipments, Utilities, Piping, Mechanical, Engineering & preferably Electrification, Automation, etc.
  4. Machineries: Reactors, filters, Resin columns, Nano-filtration, Spray Drier, Crystallizers, Distillation, Fermenters, Centrifuge, Vessels, Auto-clave, motors/pumps, etc.
  5. Utilities: Boiler, MVR, ATFD, Chiller, Compressor, Cooling tower, RO, Fire, etc.
  6. Planning and carrying out schedule/routine maintenance of all machinery, utilities & ensure safety(5S) & as per GMP standards. Proactively develop systems to do so.
  7. Ensure good working of all machineries at all times. Diagnosing faults. Give suggestions with Improvement in Machinery, its working & efficiency.
  8. Responding to emergencies.
  9. Keeping records & history of faults and maintenance.
  10. Team Management & team Training.
  11. Budgeting. Managing required Inventory.
  12. Supervising contractors, engineering and technical team.
  13. Creating & Maintenance Procedures & SOPs.
  14. DQ, IQ, PQ, OQ of all machineries & equipments.
  15. Job(factory) Location: Bavla(near Ahmedabad)
  16. Candidate Profile:
  17. Graduate/ Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.
  18. Experience with Installation & Commissioning of Utilities, Machineries, Piping, Fabrication, etc.
  19. Minimum 10 years working experience in Projects & Maintenance at ground level in API or Chemical Industry.
  20. Good knowledge & understanding of engineering, mechanical & some knowledge of electrical.
  21. Extremely proactive & initiative taker.
  22. Physically fit, non-smoker or tobacco chewing.
  23. Age: Preferably 30-40yrs, but not more than 45.
  24. Key Skills:
  25. Knowledge, Proficiency & understanding of engineering, mechanical & preferably electrical. Maintenance & its documentation.
  26. Good verbal & written communication skills.
  27. Excellent Implementation/ Execution skills.
  28. Leadership & ability to take Initiative.
  29. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  30. Set Goals and develop action plans.
  31. Outcomes/ Results Expected:
  32. All machineries, equipments, utilities, etc., to be in very good working conditions at all times.
  33. Minimum Breakdowns.
  34. Reports to Co-Founder & Plant Manager.
