1. Aware of all dietary guidelines and should be able to do product mapping.
2. Give customers information or resources about nutrition, immunity, weight control, and lifestyle issues.
3. Listening to customer requirements and presenting appropriately to make a sale of health supplement.
4. Maintaining and developing relationships with existing customers via telephone calls and emails.
5. Supporting Sales Team & Clients at the center and work cohesively with them towards achieving monthly targets.
6. Responding to incoming email and phone inquiries.
7. Gathering market and customer information.
8. Conduct corporate camps, seminars, nutritional presentations to execute sustenance related plans.
9. Representing the organization at trade exhibitions, events and demonstrations.
10. Diet tips to patients, athletes and persons of different lifestyles.
11. Delivering group sessions to a diverse audience, make Nutrition manual for the Sales team/Staff training.
12. Analyzing the nutritional content of food (including new products).
13. Identify bio-medical values of patients with nutritional risk and make necessary recommendations; provide nutritional care for patients.
14. Researching how the body's functions are affected by nutrient supply.
15. Working as a part of a multi-disciplinary team/supporting the work of other health care professional.
