Job Overview
We are looking for a dedicated Steward to join our team at StayBird in Pune. This is a full-time, junior position requiring 1 to 3 years of work experience in the hospitality industry. As a steward, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our dining services and maintaining high standards of customer service.
Qualifications and Skills
- Customer Service (Mandatory skill): Proven ability to provide excellent customer service and ensure guest satisfaction.

Roles and Responsibilities
- Ensure the dining area is clean, organized, and properly set up for service.
- Assist in the preparation and serving of food and beverages to guests.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene in the dining and kitchen areas.
- Respond promptly to guest inquiries and requests to ensure a positive dining experience.
- Collaborate with the kitchen and service staff to ensure efficient operations.
- Monitor inventory levels and notify management of low stock or equipment malfunctions.
- Follow company policies and procedures, including health and safety regulations.
- Participate in training programs to stay updated on new services, products, and customer service techniques.
