Job Overview

The Property Manager role at StayBird is a full-time mid-level position based in the Pune Division. We are seeking an experienced professional with 4 to 6 years of experience in property management. The ideal candidate will have expertise in real estate management, property maintenance, and communication skills, which are mandatory for this role. Your contribution will be essential in ensuring the highest standards of hospitality and property management are met.

Qualifications and Skills

• Real Estate Management (Mandatory skill): Demonstrated experience in effectively managing real estate properties ensuring high standards of service and maintenance are consistently met.
• Property Maintenance (Mandatory skill): Proven ability in overseeing maintenance tasks, managing repairs, and ensuring property infrastructure is well maintained.
• Communication Skills (Mandatory skill): Strong communication abilities to liaise effectively with tenants, staff, and management ensuring clear and consistent information exchange.
• Tenant Relations: Experience in building and maintaining positive tenant relations to enhance tenant satisfaction and retention.
• Lease Administration: Competency in managing lease agreements, renewals, and ensuring compliance with lease terms.
• Financial Analysis: Ability to perform financial analysis activities to optimize property performance and profitability.
• Negotiation Skills: Skillful in negotiation processes, securing favorable terms and resolving conflicts efficiently.
• Legal Compliance: Knowledge and adherence to property management-related legal compliance and regulatory requirements.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of StayBird properties ensuring they are well-managed and maintained to the highest standards.
• Develop and maintain strong tenant relations, addressing issues promptly and maintaining high tenant satisfaction levels.
• Manage lease agreements, including renewals and ensuring compliance with all lease terms and conditions.
• Collaborate with the maintenance team to ensure all property maintenance tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
• Conduct regular property inspections to ensure all facilities are in excellent condition and meet safety standards.
• Coordinate with financial analysts to enhance property profitability and meet budgetary goals.
• Ensure all property management activities comply with legal regulations and organizational policies.
• Prepare and present reports on property performance to senior management, providing insights and recommendations for improvements.
