Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Property Manager to join our team at StayBird in Pune. This is a full-time, mid-level position that requires a minimum of 4 to 6 years of relevant work experience. The ideal candidate will manage our properties efficiently, ensuring the highest standards of hospitality, maintenance, and tenant relations.

Qualifications and Skills

• Minimum of 4 to 6 years of experience in property management, specifically within the hospitality industry.
• Strong property maintenance skills to oversee and ensure the upkeep of facilities, including routine and emergency repairs. (Mandatory skill)
• Excellent negotiation skills for liaising with vendors, contractors, and tenant agreements. (Mandatory skill)
• Exceptional communication skills to interact effectively with tenants, staff, and service providers. (Mandatory skill)
• Proven experience in real estate management, ensuring properties are maintained and tenants are satisfied.
• Ability to manage tenant relations, addressing concerns promptly and fostering a positive living experience.
• Competence in lease administration, including the drafting, negotiation, and enforcement of lease terms.
• Strong financial management skills to oversee budgets, rent collection, and financial reporting.
• Knowledge of legal compliance to ensure properties adhere to local regulations and policies.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily operations of multiple properties, ensuring they are well-maintained and fully operational.
• Manage tenant relations, including addressing complaints, resolving issues, and maintaining positive interactions.
• Administer leases, ensuring compliance with terms, and managing renewals and terminations.
• Coordinate property maintenance, including scheduling repairs and ensuring timely completion of work.
• Negotiate contracts with vendors and service providers to secure the best rates and services.
• Ensure financial health by managing budgets, collecting rent, and preparing financial reports.
• Maintain legal compliance by staying informed of relevant local laws and ensuring all properties meet regulatory requirements.
• Develop and implement strategies to enhance property value and tenant satisfaction.
