Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Property Manager to join our team at StayBird - Hotels And Apartments. This is a full-time, mid-level position based in Pune. The ideal candidate will have 4-6 years of relevant work experience and will be responsible for the efficient management of our properties, ensuring high guest satisfaction and maintaining property standards.

Qualifications and Skills

• Minimum of 4 years to a maximum of 6 years of relevant work experience in property management.
• Proven expertise in tenant relations (Mandatory skill), ensuring tenant satisfaction, resolving issues, and maintaining effective communication.
• Strong knowledge of property maintenance (Mandatory skill), coordinating repairs, managing service requests, and ensuring properties are in excellent condition.
• Excellent problem-solving skills (Mandatory skill) with the ability to address and resolve issues promptly and efficiently.
• In-depth understanding of real estate knowledge, market trends, and property laws.
• Experience in lease management, including lease negotiations, renewals, and compliance.
• Proficient in financial management, budgeting, and financial reporting to ensure financial health and profitability of properties.
• Strong negotiation skills to effectively handle contracts, vendor management, and conflict resolution.
• Exceptional communication skills to build and maintain relationships with tenants, staff, and stakeholders.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of StayBird properties to ensure high standards of service and guest satisfaction.
• Manage tenant relations, addressing tenant queries, resolving complaints, and maintaining positive relationships.
• Coordinate property maintenance, including scheduling repairs, supervising maintenance staff, and ensuring timely resolution of issues.
• Develop and implement property management policies and procedures to optimize efficiency and ensure compliance with regulations.
• Handle lease management, including lease negotiations, renewals, terminations, and ensuring all lease agreements are up to date and compliant.
• Prepare and manage property budgets, monitor expenses, and ensure financial targets are met.
• Conduct regular property inspections to identify and address potential issues, ensuring high standards of cleanliness and safety.
• Liaise with vendors, contractors, and service providers to ensure quality services and cost-effective solutions.
