Job Overview
We are seeking a Junior Housekeeping Supervisor to join our team in Pune. This role requires a minimum of 1 to maximum 3 years of work experience in the hospitality sector. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing housekeeping operations, ensuring cleanliness standards, and managing the housekeeping staff to enhance guest satisfaction. This position is crucial for maintaining our commitment to providing a memorable stay for our guests.

Roles and Responsibilities
- Supervise the housekeeping staff and daily operations to maintain the highest cleanliness standards in all guest rooms and public areas.
- Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms and common areas to ensure adherence to cleanliness and hygiene standards.
- Coordinate with the maintenance department to report and resolve any issues related to the premises.
- Train and assist staff in using cleaning chemicals and equipment safely and efficiently.
- Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and ensure availability for uninterrupted service.
- Address guest inquiries and complaints promptly and professionally, ensuring a positive guest experience.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations to maintain a safe environment for guests and staff.
- Implement procedures to improve efficiency and enhance service quality in the housekeeping department.
