Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Hotel Receptionist to join our team at StayBird - Hotels And Apartments in the Pune Division. This full-time, junior-level position requires 1 to 3 years of experience. The ideal candidate will support our commitment to delivering memorable moments for our guests by providing excellent customer service and managing front desk duties in a professional manner.

- Computer Skills: Proficiency in using hotel management software and general computer applications for daily operations.

Roles and Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests in a warm and friendly manner, providing prompt and efficient service during check-in and check-out processes.
- Manage reservations and room assignments, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in the booking process.
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints with professionalism and effective problem-solving skills.
- Maintain knowledge of hotel facilities, services, and local attractions to provide guests with useful information.
- Ensure the front desk and lobby areas are clean, organized, and presentable at all times.
- Assist in administrative tasks such as maintaining guest records, processing payments, and reconciling daily transactions.
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance to ensure guest requests are met and issues are resolved promptly.
- Promote a positive guest experience by providing outstanding customer service and support to team members as needed.
