Job Overview

We are hiring a Senior AR Caller for our client STARWORTH GLOBAL SOLUTIONS. As a Senior AR Caller, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing the Accounts Receivable process. This includes monitoring and ensuring timely collection of payments, resolving billing discrepancies, and maintaining accurate records. The ideal candidate should have 4 to 6 years of experience in Accounts Receivable and be proficient in medical billing software.

Qualifications and Skills

• 4 to 6 years of experience in Accounts Receivable, preferably in the healthcare industry

• Follow up with insurance companies, patients, and other stakeholders to resolve outstanding claims and ensure timely payment
• Maintain accurate records of all billing and collection activities
• Provide regular reports on Accounts Receivable status and performance
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex billing issues and improve overall revenue cycle management
• Stay updated on industry regulations, reimbursement guidelines, and billing best practices
