Position Title: HR Recruiter ExecutiveLocation: Gurgaon/GurugramReports To: HR Recruiter- Executive Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced HR Recruiter Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the recruitment process end-to-end, from sourcing and attracting candidates to interviewing and hiring great employees. The HR Recruiter Executive will play a crucial role in ensuring we attract, hire, and retain the best employees while growing a strong talent pipeline. Key Responsibilities:<ol><li>Talent Acquisition:</li></ol><ul><li class="ql-indent-1">Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications.</li><li class="ql-indent-1">Perform job and task analysis to document job requirements and objectives.</li><li class="ql-indent-1">Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs to appropriate job boards, career pages, and social media platforms.</li><li class="ql-indent-1">Source and recruit candidates by using databases, social media, etc.</li><li class="ql-indent-1">Screen candidates' resumes and job applications.</li><li class="ql-indent-1">Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates within schedule.</li></ul><ol><li>Candidate Management:</li></ol><ul><li class="ql-indent-1">Assess applicants’ relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience, and aptitudes.</li><li class="ql-indent-1">Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process.</li><li class="ql-indent-1">Promote the company’s reputation as “best place to work.”</li></ul><ol><li>Onboarding:</li></ol><ul><li class="ql-indent-1">Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires to ensure a smooth transition and integration into the company.</li><li class="ql-indent-1">Conduct initial orientation to newly hired employees.</li></ul><ol><li>Collaboration:</li></ol><ul><li class="ql-indent-1">Coordinate with department managers to forecast future hiring needs.</li><li class="ql-indent-1">Participate in job fairs and career events.</li><li class="ql-indent-1">Work closely with the HR team to improve the recruitment process and ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.</li></ul><ol><li>Reporting and Metrics:</li></ol><ul><li class="ql-indent-1">Maintain and update recruitment databases and reports.</li><li class="ql-indent-1">Provide analytical and well-documented recruiting reports to the rest of the team.</li></ul>Qualifications:<ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.</li><li>Proven work experience as a Recruiter (either an in-house recruiter or a staffing agency recruiter).</li><li>Solid ability to conduct different types of interviews (structured, competency-based, stress, etc.).</li><li>Hands-on experience with various selection processes (video interviewing, phone interviewing, reference check, etc.).</li><li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.</li><li>Strong decision-making skills.</li><li>Ability to work independently and as part of a team.</li></ul>Application Process: Interested candidates should submit their resume and cover letter detailing their qualifications and experience to hr@startupbuddy.co.interested
