Roles and responsibilities:

Pune Male Candidates will be preferred.

 Must work closely and communicate with product designers and developers to

understand product details

 Collaborate with technical staff 

 Creative skills and usage of photographs, drawings, diagrams, animation

charts that increase users’ understanding

 Analyze and manage existing and potential content

 Create and maintain the information architecture

 Make high-quality documentation that meets standards, is appropriate and

easy to use

 Produce and distribute tutorials to help end-users use a variety of applications

 Research and collect usability feedback from users, designers, etc.

 Contribute to/update the company’s social sites like LinkedIn, Facebook and

Twitter, and others.

 Must be able to design concise content for product description

 Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced

 Deadline-driven & detail-oriented. You must be able to meet deadlines and

take pleasure in the details.

 Must make oneself familiar with company technology and services.

Skill Requirements:

 Minimum Qualification - Bachelor's degree in Journalism or English or

Communication

·    1+years of experience in technical writing of software documentation is Mandatory.

·    Excellent written and communicative skills in English

·    Strong editing, and proofreading skills

·    Good knowledge of MS Office, in particular MS Word

·    Good to have knowledge of Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Corel draw

·    Good to have knowledge of Canva

·    Knowledge of banking would be a plus point

Only Pune Candidates with 2 years of experience in technical content writing will preferred & Preference will be given for the immediate joiners.
