1)    To be responsible for development of production process for the product as per the Customer Requirements.

2)    To clearly understand the customer requirement with regards to the product.

3)    Invoicing.

4)    To Co-ordinate with production planning and control department for preparation of samples.

5)    To ensure Customer Satisfaction and take Customer Satisfaction Survey.

6) Interacting with the customers and internal production team
