We are looking for a Female Visa Counsellor’s who will be responsible for furnishing clients with the relevant information and resources

Duties and Responsibilities

Ø Counselling students and helping them find the right course, university, and country.

Ø Understand the student’s eligibility and requirements and advise them on the available programs.

Ø Advise students on the application process and language requirements.

Ø Give clear and accurate information based on the study abroad options, visa laws.

Ø Guide clear and accurate information based on the study abroad options, visa laws.

Ø Guide students in identifying and building a career path.

Ø Must have excellent communication skills and fluent in English.

Ø Follow up with students via emails and phone calls.

Ø Must be able to research and suggest programs accordingly.

Ø Visa counselors must be able to work independently.

Ø Counselling and effective follow-up with prospects.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Ø You must be fluent in English and have experience in Immigration procedures.

Ø You must be motivated, energetic, and able to work as a part of a team.

Ø You must have strong communication and negotiation skills as the job are centered on communication with the client, colleagues, and authorities.

Ø You must be able to work to tight deadlines even where under pressure, whilst still being able to provide a high level of customer service.

Ø You must be proficient in Microsoft Office and any other software related to Visa and Immigration Consultancy.
