We are seeking a mid-level Human Resource Manager with 4 to 6 years of work experience for a full-time position at our Delhi headquarters. The ideal candidate will possess strong skills in employee relations, recruitment, and performance management. This role provides the opportunity to lead projects independently.

• Training and Development - Skilled in designing and implementing effective training programs to enhance workforce capabilities.
• HR Compliance - Thorough knowledge of HR laws and regulations to ensure compliance and mitigate risk.
• Conflict Resolution - Ability to address and resolve workplace conflicts efficiently, maintaining a harmonious work environment.

• Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation, and preservation of human capital.
• Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance.
• Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management.
• Promote corporate values and support a positive company culture.
• Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs effectively.
