Responsibilities

• Requirement Gathering, Sourcing, Screening, Scheduling Interview, End to End Recruitment.
• Write and post technical job descriptions.
• Source potential candidates specialized in IT skills.
• Perform pre-screening calls to analyse applicants' abilities.
• Interview candidates combining various methods (e. g. structured interviews, technical assessments and behavioural questions).
• Coordinate with Managers to forecast department goals and hiring needs.
• Craft and send personalized recruiting emails with current job openings to passive candidates.
• Compose job offer letters.
• Perform required background checks and reach out to previous employers to determine the accuracy of applicant information.
• Onboard new hires.
• Keep up-to-date with new technological trends and products.
