Job Overview

We are hiring a Telecaller to join our team at Stalwart Careers. As a Telecaller, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential students, providing them with information about our MBA entrance exam preparation courses, and persuading them to enroll. This is a full-time position based in Indore, Madhya Pradesh, India. We are looking for candidates with less than 1 year of experience.

Qualifications and Skills

• Excellent verbal communication skills in English and Hindi.
• Strong persuasive and negotiation skills.
• Ability to handle objections and rejections professionally.
• Good interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with potential students.
• Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM software.
• Target-oriented mindset and the ability to achieve sales targets.
• Positive attitude and a passion for helping students achieve their goals.
• Experience in telemarketing or customer service will be a plus.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential students and provide them with information about our courses.
• Answer incoming calls and respond to inquiries from prospective students.
• Handle objections and persuade potential students to enroll in our courses.
• Maintain a database of prospective students and keep it updated.
• Achieve monthly sales targets as set by the management.
• Collaborate with the sales team to identify strategies for increasing enrollments.
• Provide excellent customer service to ensure a positive experience for potential students.
