Job Overview

We are looking for a Business Development Executive to join our team at Stalwart Careers. As a Business Development Executive, you will play a crucial role in driving the growth and success of our coaching institute. This is a full-time position based in Indore, Madhya Pradesh, India. The ideal candidate should have 1 to 3 years of relevant experience in business developmen or Freshers with good communication skills can apply .

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.
• Proven experience in business development, sales, or a similar role.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Strong market research and analytical abilities.
• Ability to build and maintain effective relationships with clients.
• Self-motivated and target-oriented.
• Proficient in MS Office and CRM software.
• Willingness to travel for business meetings and events.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Devising and presenting ideas and strategies
• Organising events and seminars
• Providing counselling to students and convince them to enroll for Stalwart courses.
• Tie ups and Business Deals with Schools and Colleges
• Generate Leads through cold calling
• Manage Team and ensure enrolment target achievement
