Job Summary :

We are seeking an experienced Product Manager with a strong background in Human Resource Management Systems (HRMS) to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have over 3 years of experience in the HRMS domain and will be responsible for the product lifecycle management from strategic planning to tactical activities.

Location : Delhi (Mohan Cooperative industrial area, Mathura Road)

Job Type : Full-Time


Qualifications :

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Computer Science, or a related field.

- Minimum of 3 years of experience in product management within the HRMS domain.

- Proven track record of managing successful HRMS products from concept to launch.

- Strong understanding of HR processes and technology solutions.

- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.

- Ability to think strategically and execute methodically.

- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.

- Proficiency in product management tools and software (e.g., JIRA, Trello, Aha!)


Preferred Skills :

- Certification in Product Management (e.g., CPM, AIPMM) is a plus.

- Experience with SaaS products and cloud technologies.

- Knowledge of data analytics and reporting tools.

- Familiarity with compliance and regulatory requirements in the HR domain.


Key Responsibilities :

* Product Strategy and Roadmap :

- Develop and implement a comprehensive product strategy and roadmap for our HRMS solutions.

- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify market needs and trends.

- Define product vision, strategy, and goals aligned with business objectives.


*Product Development :

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, marketing, and sales to deliver high-quality HRMS products.

- Lead the product development process from ideation to launch, ensuring timely and successful delivery.

- Prioritize product features, enhancements, and bug fixes based on user feedback and market demands.

- Stakeholder Management


* User Experience and Design :

- Ensure the product delivers a superior user experience that meets the needs of HR professionals.

- Work closely with the UX/UI team to design intuitive and user-friendly interfaces.

- Conduct user testing and gather feedback to continuously improve the product
