Job Overview

We are seeking a Senior Sales Manager for our Real Estate division based in Gurgaon. This is a full-time position requiring 7 to 10 years of experience in the real estate sector. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading sales initiatives, managing client relationships, and driving revenue growth.


Qualifications and Skills

  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in real estate sales with a maximum of 10 years.
  • Proven experience in client relationship management (Mandatory skill).
  • In-depth knowledge of real estate law (Mandatory skill).
  • Expertise in property valuation (Mandatory skill).
  • Strong negotiation skills to close high-value deals effectively.
  • Ability to conduct comprehensive market analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Proven track record in developing and executing sales strategies.
  • Excellent team leadership skills to manage and motivate the sales team.
  • Proficiency in contract negotiation to ensure favorable terms for the company and clients.


Roles and Responsibilities

  • Lead the sales team to meet and exceed revenue targets in the real estate sector.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention.
  • Oversee property valuations and provide expert advice on market trends.
  • Ensure compliance with real estate laws and regulations.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market analysis and networking.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve organizational goals.
  • Prepare and present sales reports to senior management, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
