Title: Senior IBM BPM Developer

Location: Hyderabad, India

We are seeking a Senior IBM BPM Developer with a minimum of 4 years of experience to join our team in Hyderabad. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in IBM BPM development, including the ability to develop complex processes and end-to-end solutions. 

Responsibilities:

- Develop and design complex processes using IBM BPM.

- Create end-to-end solutions that meet business requirements.

- Utilize REST APIs for seamless integration.

- Expertise in IBM BPM 8.6 UI framework for efficient user interface development.

- Experience with CSHS and integration services.

- Design Business Process Definitions (BPDs) and handle process application deployments.

- Integrate Oracle RDBMS with IBM BPM.

- Advanced knowledge of events and gateways within BPM processes.

- Familiarity with ODM (Operational Decision Manager) and its integration with BPM.

- Exception handling at both process and service levels.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

- Minimum 4 years of experience in IBM BPM development.

- Proficiency in developing complex processes.

- Experience in developing end-to-end solutions.

- Expertise in IBM BPM 8.6 UI framework.

- Familiarity with CSHS, integration services, and BPD design.

- Knowledge of process application deployments.

- Experience with Oracle RDBMS integration.

- Advanced understanding of events, gateways, and exception handling.

- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
