Job Overview
StaffRex Info Solutions (OPC) Private Limited is seeking a dynamic and experienced Pharma Sales Executive to join our team. This mid-level position is located in Lucknow and Hyderabad with a required work experience of 4 to 6 years. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales, building relationships, and promoting our pharmaceutical products in the assigned territory.
Qualifications and Skills
- Minimum of 4 to 6 years of experience in pharmaceutical sales or a related field.
- Proven sales experience with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong relationship-building skills to develop and maintain long-term client relationships.
- Comprehensive knowledge of pharmaceutical products, including their benefits and uses.
- Excellent market analysis skills to identify new opportunities and stay ahead of market trends.
- Outstanding customer service skills to address client needs and ensure satisfaction.
- Effective negotiation skills to close deals and manage contracts with clients.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, for interacting with clients and team members.
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks and manage workload efficiently.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets and expand the customer base.
- Identify and meet potential clients to promote and sell pharmaceutical products.
- Maintain product knowledge and stay updated with the latest developments in the pharmaceutical industry.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
- Build and nurture strong client relationships to ensure long-term collaboration and customer loyalty.
- Provide excellent customer service and support to address client inquiries and resolve issues.
- Negotiate sales contracts and agreements with clients to secure profitable deals.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations.
