Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Pharma Sales Executive to join our team for mid-level management roles in Lucknow and Hyderabad. This is a full-time position suited for individuals with a minimum of 4 to 6 years of relevant work experience in the pharmaceutical sales sector. The ideal candidate will have a strong sales background and the ability to drive significant growth in their territory.
Qualifications and Skills
- A minimum of 4 to 6 years of experience in pharmaceutical sales.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
- In-depth understanding of pharmaceutical products, healthcare industry regulations, and sales strategies.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with healthcare professionals and clients.
- Demonstrated ability to manage time efficiently and handle multiple tasks concurrently.
- Strong analytical skills to understand market trends and customer needs.
- Proficiency in Statistical Analysis, Machine Learning, Python Programming, Data Visualization, Predictive Modeling, Big Data, SQL, and Data Mining.
- Must be willing to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets within the assigned region.
- Generate new business leads and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, healthcare professionals, and key decision-makers.
- Conduct market research to identify emerging trends and opportunities in the pharmaceutical industry.
- Analyze sales data, prepare reports, and present findings to senior management to inform strategic decisions.
- Coordinate with product development and marketing teams to align sales efforts with overall business goals.
- Provide product training and support to clients to maximize the usage and benefits of pharmaceutical products.
- Monitor competitor activities and market conditions to adapt sales strategies accordingly.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies during all sales activities.
