Job Title: Key Account Manager

Our products have revolutionized newborn healthcare, being used in over 450 hospitals and benefiting more than 100,000 babies across India.

Key Responsibilities:


• Employ sales skills effectively to achieve targeted sales goals.

• Develop and manage the sales and business mix from individual customers/accounts.

• Maintain an accurate and up-to-date database of customers.

• Identify and develop relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs).

• Communicate effectively with customers to secure commitments to purchase.

• Provide feedback to the Reporting Manager on product content and pricing.

• Prepare and present weekly and monthly schedules of planned activities.


Minimum Qualifications:


• Preferably a BSc or B. Pharma graduate.

• Previous experience in NICU-related products, with a strong understanding of NICUs, Neonatologists, PICUs, and Paediatricians in major hospitals and clinics.

• Willingness to travel within the city and out-of-station (approx. 20-30% of the time); must have own 2-wheeler and license.

• Proven track record in achieving sales results and targets.

• Strong English communication skills, with fluency in the local language.

• Proficient in MS Office, including Word and Excel.

• Excellent analytical and communication skills (both verbal and written).
