Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced Sales Leader in Business to Business (B2B) Outside Sales to serve as an Account Manager at our Delhi office. This is a full-time, mid-level position ideal for professionals with 4 to 6 years of relevant work experience looking to manage key relationships and drive business growth.


Qualifications and Skills

  • Negotiation: Ability to negotiate contracts and close deals effectively while ensuring mutual satisfaction (Mandatory skill).

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement effective B2B sales strategies that align with company goals and objectives.
  • Establish and maintain long-term relationships with key clients, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and retention.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the company's client base in the Delhi region.
  • Regularly update the senior management team on sales progress, market trends, and potential business risks.
  • Work closely with the marketing team to align sales campaigns with overall business strategies.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals while ensuring compliance with company policies and profitability targets.
  • Lead and manage the sales team to meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and promptly resolve any issues or concerns raised by clients.
