Job description:

Working in close coordination with the site head to discuss business operations and

plans for improvement

.

Developing SOP’s for

smooth functioning

Ensuring that all day

day functions are carried out as per SOP’s

.

Overseeing the budget to ensure that costs do not exceed

over the allotted budget.

Monitors budget & operational results.

Developing and implementing marketing strateg

ies for building revenues.

E

nsuring that all statutory compliances are followed.

oordinating with other departments such as housekeeping

,

security

, engg

etc

to

ensure a

smooth operation and

helping to resolve disputes that may arise.

Ability to take

up challenges while on job.

Open to take up new responsibilities as and when required as per business needs.

Coordination with university and ensure following UGC norms

Adherence of safety and c

ompliances as per laid by university.

all students requests are handled properly and in a timely manner.

Ensuring that all staff are trained in proper procedures and policies that needs to be
