Job Description:
We are seeking an ambitious Business Development Representative with 2-4 years of experience to join our team. This role is focused on generating and nurturing leads in key markets, including India, the USA, and the Middle East. The BDR will be responsible for executing targeted outreach, conducting engaging product presentations, and closing sales.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation: Proactively build a strong sales pipeline by generating high-quality leads across target regions through cold calling, email outreach, LinkedIn campaigns, and other channels.
- Lead Qualification: Qualify leads through discovery calls and initial assessments to ensure alignment with target customer profiles, optimizing outreach efforts and enhancing conversion potential.
- Targeted Outreach: Conduct targeted outreach using data enrichment tools (Apollo, Lusha, etc.) to identify high-quality leads.
- Relationship Building: Establish and maintain relationships with prospects through regular follow-ups and tailored communications.
- Product Presentation: Deliver compelling product presentations and demonstrations to effectively showcase HYRGPT’s AI-driven recruitment solutions.
- Pipeline Management: Nurture and advance leads through the sales cycle, ensuring a high rate of conversion.
- CRM Management: Utilize CRM to manage lead data, monitor sales progress, and optimize outreach strategies.

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 2-4 years of experience in business development or sales , with a proven track record in lead generation.
- Proficiency with data enrichment tool such as Lusha, Apollo or other similar tools
- Hand on experience with CRM systems (Zoho or equivalent) to effectively manage and track sales activities.
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and thrive in a target-driven environment.
