The Service Manager is responsible for overseeing and enhancing the quality of service provided to clients or customers. This role involves managing service teams, resolving customer issues, and ensuring the efficient delivery of services to meet organizational standards and goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and lead a team of service professionals, including training and performance management.
• Develop and implement service procedures and standards to ensure high-quality service delivery.
• Address and resolve customer complaints and issues promptly and effectively.
