Position Overview:

As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for driving sales and delivering an

exceptional customer experience. You will assist customers in selecting the right

home appliances to meet their needs, provide product demonstrations, and ensure

a smooth sales process from start to finish. This role requires a passion for

customer service, strong interpersonal skills, and a deep knowledge of home

appliances. Key Responsibilities:

Engage with customers to understand their needs and demonstrate how our

products can meet those needs effectively.

Provide expert advice on the features and benefits of various home appliances,

including refrigerators, washing machines, air conditioners, etc.

Actively promote and sell products, upsell where possible, and ensure high levels

of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service.

Maintain outstanding store condition and visual merchandising standards.

Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints promptly and professionally.

Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends to make informed

recommendations to customers.

Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales targets and goals.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Sales Executive or similar role in a retail environment,

preferably in home appliances or consumer electronics.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-oriented

approach.

Strong negotiation skills and the ability to close sales effectively.

Good understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.

Familiarity with inventory procedures and basic math skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks

simultaneously.

Diploma or degree in Sales, Marketing or a related field is a plus.

Fluency in local languages [specify relevant languages] is required; proficiency in
