efficiency and security for our clients. We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our

team and lead the development of advanced technological solutions for our clients.

 Location: Remote / Hybrid (Based on Candidate Location)

 CTC - 20~ 25lpa for PM

 Yrs of Experience: 7-10 years

Responsibilities:

1. Project Management:

-    Oversee multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely and successful delivery.

-    Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets.

-    Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and collaboration. 

2. Technical Expertise:

-    Utilize knowledge of RDBMS, UI development, Javascript, HTML, CSS, and Unix-based OS

to guide project implementation.

-    Apply expertise in NodeJs or Python for project-specific requirements. 

3. Client Interaction:

-    Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their needs and concerns

promptly.

-    Ensure client satisfaction through effective communication and project execution. 

4. Team Leadership:

-    Lead and mentor project teams, fostering a collaborative and productive work

environment.

-    Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members. 

5. Risk Management:

-    Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies.

-    Monitor project progress and make necessary adjustments to ensure successful

outcomes. 

Experience:

-    Minimum of ​7-10 years of experience in project management.

-    Proven ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.

-    Strong technical background in RDBMS, UI development, Javascript, HTML, CSS, Unix-

based OS, NodeJs, and Python.

 Skills:

-    Excellent organizational and leadership skills.

-    Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

-    Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

Education:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is desirable but not mandatory.
