Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Project Manager / Program Manager at copany
in Mysore. The role involves overall accountability for process delivery, ensuring the team’s
performance is optimized, and delivering high-quality results to the customer.
Skills:
· Project Planning and Management: Develop detailed project plans, including scope,
timelines, milestones, deliverables, and resources.
· Client Management: Managing client relationships & ensuring customer satisfaction.
· Leadership and Team Management: Lead, mentor, and manage project teams to ensure
successful project delivery.
· Budget and Resource Management: Allocate resources, manage budgets, and ensure
cost-effective project delivery.
· Stakeholder Engagement: Liaise with stakeholders to identify and define project
requirements, scope, and objectives.
· Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure
project success.
· Performance Monitoring: Track project performance, analyze metrics, and report on
progress to senior management.
Program Manager-JD
· Quality Assurance: Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and align with the
company’s goals.
· Continuous Improvement: Identify areas for improvement and implement best practices
in project management.
Qualification:
Experience: 10+ years of experience in a KPO or similar industry, with at least 2-3 years in
a managerial role.
International Client handling experience is a must.
Proven experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously
