Job Overview

We are seeking a talented and creative Junior Graphic Designer to join our team at SSS Placement & Staffing Solutions. This is a full-time position located in Coimbatore. The ideal candidate will have 1 to 3 years of work experience in graphic design and a keen eye for detail. As a Junior Graphic Designer, you will work closely with our team to create visually appealing designs that meet our clients' needs.

Qualifications and Skills

• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop (Mandatory skill)
• Strong understanding of Typography (Mandatory skill)
• Excellent grasp of Color Theory (Mandatory skill)
• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator
• Experience in layout design for both print and digital media
• Demonstrated creativity and artistic ability
• Effective communication skills to collaborate with team members and clients
• Keen attention to detail and ability to produce high-quality work

Roles and Responsibilities

• Create and design various materials for print and digital collateral
• Ensure projects are completed with high quality and on schedule
• Establish creative direction for the company as well as brand guidelines
• Prioritize and manage multiple projects within design specifications
• Perform retouching and manipulation of images
• Work with a wide range of media and use graphic design software
• Recommend improvements and techniques to enhance the overall image quality
• Collaborate with team members and stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver designs that meet their expectations
