We are seeking a Junior Graphic Designer to join our team in Chennai on a full-time basis. The ideal candidate will have 1 to 3 years of work experience in graphic design and will play a key role in creating visually appealing design elements. This position requires a high level of creativity, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills (Mandatory skill).

Qualifications and Skills

• Minimum 1-3 years of work experience in graphic design.
• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop for creating and editing visual content.
• Skilled in using Adobe Illustrator for vector graphics and illustrations.
• Strong understanding of typography to ensure aesthetically pleasing text design.
• Solid knowledge of color theory to create harmonious and effective color schemes.
• Experience in layout design to organize content in an accessible and engaging manner.
• Creativity (Mandatory skill) to conceive and implement innovative design solutions.
• Exceptional attention to detail (Mandatory skill) to produce high-quality, error-free work.
• Problem-solving skills (Mandatory skill) to address and find solutions to design challenges.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Develop and create designs, concepts, and sample layouts based on knowledge of layout principles and aesthetic design concepts.
• Work with Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator to produce high-quality visual content.
• Apply principles of typography to ensure the legibility and stylistic appropriateness of text elements.
• Use color theory to develop effective visual themes and designs.
• Design layouts that enhance the readability and usability of the content.
• Collaborate with clients and team members to develop a thorough understanding of project requirements and objectives.
• Review and proof design work to ensure the highest level of quality and accuracy.
• Adapt and resize existing graphics for various digital and print applications.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and work techniques to continuously improve design skills.
