Job Description 

We're looking for a Business Development Manager, to play a crucial role in expanding

market presence, driving revenue growth, and building long-term relationships with clients in the related industries. This role requires a strong focus on end-to-end client pitches, sales strategies, and exceptional relationship-building skills.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to identify and target potential clients in the related industries.

2. Generate leads through various channels, including networking, industry events, referrals, and cold outreach.

3. Conduct compelling client pitches and presentations, showcasing indoor and outdoor sustainable greenery solutions.

4. Effectively communicate the value proposition, features, and benefits of our products, and address client-specific needs and concerns.

5. Build and nurture strong relationships with key decision-makers, architects, designers, and industry influencers.

6. Understand clients' requirements and pain points, and provide tailored solutions that meet their specific needs.

7. Lead contract negotiations, pricing discussions, and contract closure to ensure mutually beneficial outcomes for both We Decor8 and the clients.

8. Close deals effectively, maintaining profitability and client satisfaction.

9. Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales reports, including activity tracking, sales performance analysis, and revenue forecasts.
