Position - Assistant Manager Franchise Development

Salary - Upto INR 4,50,000/- plus performance-based incentive 

Location - Dwarka Sector - 07


Responsibilities:

·  Identify and prospect potential franchisees through market research and lead generation.

·  Conduct presentations and articulate the benefits of taking franchise opportunity to prospective investors.

·  Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential franchise partners, guiding them through the decision-making process.

·  Collaborate with marketing teams to create compelling sales materials and campaigns to attract franchise prospects.

·  Provide accurate and detailed information about franchise offerings, fees, and support structures.

·  Coordinate and conduct franchise discovery days, offering in-depth insights into the business model.

·  Negotiate and finalize franchise agreements, ensuring alignment with company objectives.

·  Collaborate with legal and operations teams to ensure compliance and smooth onboarding of new franchisees.

·  Maintain all the records of the new and existing Franchisees. Ensuring proper filling and CRM management.

·  Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to enhance the franchise sales strategy.


Requirements:


·        Proven experience in franchise sales or a related field is preferred not mandatory

·        Strong communication and presentation skills.

·        Ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders.

·        Familiarity with franchising laws and regulations.

·        Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

·        Exceptional negotiation and closing skills.

·        Knowledge of the company's products, services, and competitive landscape.

·        Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.

·        Willingness to travel for meetings, presentations, and industry events.

·        High level of professionalism and integrity in dealing with potential franchisees.
